Dispatch
We aim to dispatch your order on the same day if you order before 2pm. Otherwise it will be the next working day.You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Your order will be sent in recyclable packaging.
Orders are shipped and tracked via New Zealand Couriers and expected delivery within NZ is 1-2 working days, 2-3 working days for rural deliveries.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on coffee orders over $50 applies to New Zealand urban addresses only. Free shipping will apply to rural New Zealand addresses only when the order exceeds $100.
Bulky Items
Some bulky machine and equipment items will not be eligible for free shipping and so shipping will apply regardless of the total value of the purchase.
