Indonesian Azalea
This single origin Indonesian Azalea is part of the Bloom coffee project, which is a collaboration of producers whose goal is to change the perception of Indonesian coffees amongst coffee consumers.
By applying a variety of experimental methods to their highest quality beans, the producers introduced a wide range of very unique flavour compositions to the coffee market.
Some of Bloom's micro lots were acknowledged during recent nation Cup of Excellence competitions.
