Your personal information will be used for the purpose of supplying our products and services to you and will not otherwise be sold or disclosed. Our site is SSL Encrypted and all sensitive payment information is handled and processed directly by Stripe Payments.
Any charges from us will appear as “Prima Roastery” on your account statement.
Refunds & Returns
We will process refunds and/or returns in the case of incorrect order delivery or goods which were damaged or faulty before they were dispatched. You will need to notify us of any issues within 7 days of receipt.
Returns in this case will be at our expense. It will remain at our discretion whether we replace the faulty/incorrect product or offer a refund.
In the unlikely case of an issue with our consumable products please keep the original packaging so that we can use the batch code to track the problem and recall if necessary.
Free shipping on coffee orders over $50 applies to New Zealand urban addresses only. Free shipping will apply to rural New Zealand addresses only when the order exceeds $100.
Some bulky machine and equipment items will not be eligible for free shipping and so shipping will apply regardless of the total value of the purchase.
